Digital signage remote device management (RDM / OMC)

RDM, also known as OMC, supports commercial display device monitoring, alerts, remote diagnosis, and maintenance coordination.

RDM/OMC provides the device-operations layer for supported commercial display networks. It helps operating teams observe device status, respond to anomalies, and coordinate diagnosis and maintenance without confusing device operations with CMS content publishing.

OPERATIONAL ADVANTAGES

A clearer path from device signal to maintenance action

RDM/OMC concentrates on the device layer, giving operating teams a shared view of conditions that may require attention.

01

See status across connected displays

Maintain visibility into the current operating state of supported devices from one operations layer.

02

Surface anomalies automatically

Use alerts to identify conditions that require operational attention instead of relying only on site reports.

03

Support remote diagnosis

Give teams device information that can support fault diagnosis and the coordination of the next maintenance action.

04

Keep responsibilities clear

Separate device monitoring and maintenance workflows from CMS content upload, publishing, and management.
