Built for customer operations

Software that helps display projects succeed after installation

A display network succeeds only when teams can keep devices running and content current after installation. We built RDM/OMC and CMS around those two jobs—so customers can see what needs attention, respond remotely, and manage every screen through a more consistent operating workflow.

Why we built the software layer

Installation solves the first day. Operations determine every day after.

Once displays are distributed across sites, small problems become expensive: teams may not know which device needs attention, content can drift out of date, and every issue can trigger avoidable site work. Our software is designed to reduce those operational blind spots.

01

Visibility before dispatch

Help operating teams see device status, receive alerts, and understand where attention is actually needed.

02

Content that stays current

Give content teams one workflow for uploading, scheduling, publishing, and distributing screen content.

03

A model that scales with the network

Keep device operations and content operations clearly separated while both support the same deployed screens.

What we built

Two systems for two different operational problems

RDM/OMC gives teams visibility into device operations. CMS gives teams control over screen content. Together, they support displays that need to remain operational, relevant, and manageable after deployment.

Customer outcome

One operating model for long-term customer success

For MWE, delivery is the start of customer operations—not the end. RDM/OMC helps teams understand device conditions and coordinate the next maintenance action; CMS keeps content organized and current. Together, they help customers operate connected display networks with fewer blind spots and clearer responsibilities across devices, maintenance, and content.
